As a Java Developer, you will: * Design, develop, and maintain information systems using Java (or similar languages) and relevant frameworks in line with Salvador Caetano Group standards. * Participate in planning and solution development, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines. * Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities. * Promote excellence and high performance within your team and the broader development community. ## Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: * A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Clear and assertive communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. * Proven experience with Java, Quarkus, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate. * Basic knowledge of deploying solutions on AWS. * Strong SQL skills and experience with Db2, MySQL, and SQL Se
