Must Have

8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment, Native or business-level Japanese fluency and deep cultural familiarity with Japan's business environment, Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise or government partnerships in Japan, Experience working with or selling to Japanese public sector institutions, large enterprises, or through channel/reseller networks, Communicator who can adapt messaging for technical developers, non-technical operators, C-suite executives, and government stakeholders alike, Self-starter with a bias for comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build market presence from the ground up, Data-driven mindset — you measure what matters and use insights to iterate quickly, Genuine passion for the future of software creation and democratizing access to building software

We're looking for a Japan Growth Lead to establish and scale Replit's commercial presence in Japan. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role that sits at the intersection of enterprise business development, channel sales, and market strategy. You'll own how Replit shows up in the Japanese market, building partnerships with enterprise and government customers, activating reseller and channel partner networks, and representing Replit at major industry events and conferences. This role is ideal for someone who has deep roots in Japan's business landscape, understands how to navigate enterprise and public-sector sales cycles in Japan, and knows how to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
