Full Job Description
## Responsibilities Coordinate with domestic and international partners, creators, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives. Support partnership development and alliance management activities, including communications, scheduling, and follow-up actions. Assist with contract drafting, review coordination, execution tracking, and related administrative processes. Manage project timelines, meeting logistics, action items, and operational workflows across multiple initiatives. Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and other business materials. Communicate and collaborate with global teams in English to ensure alignment across regions. Support events, activations, collaborations, and partner programs in Japan. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and administrative support as needed. ## Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required 4-5 years of professional business experience Experience coordinating with partners, vendors, or external stakeholders Experience supporting contract-related processes and business operations Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience in startups or small, fast-moving teams Experience in entertainment, gaming, XR, creator economy, or IP-related industries Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural stakeholders Familiarity with VRChat, virtual worlds, creator platforms, or UGC ecosystems ## Working Style Part-time contract position Approximately 30-40 hours per month Availability for weekday daytime meetings required Occasional in-person meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders required
