As a Full-Time Cleaner (Transit Stations) , you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across public transit stations to the highest standard. This is a permanent full-time position with a schedule of five (5) shifts per week, assigned based on operational requirements. POSTING DETAILS (Mandatory Information) Location: 85 Industry St, York, ON M6M 4L5 Job Classification: Full-Time Cleaner(heavy-duty cleaner) Rate of Pay: $20.90/hour (as per Collective Agreement) Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (before breaks) Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 shifts per week) Shift: Night (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) Number of Positions: 17 Employees Your work will include: Washroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all washrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets (inside and outside), and urinals (including underneath). Polish stainless-steel surfaces, perform high dusting, sweep and mop floors, spot clean walls, empty garbage, and restock supplies. Complete and sign washroom checklists. Ensure no excess supplies are left on dispensers. Garbage Collection: Empty all interior and exterior waste bins. Clean and wipe waste receptacles to remove spills and stains.
