What You'll Achieve.
maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of public and common areas; ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors; supporting high‑traffic areas and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility
Industry & Context.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35–50 pounds

Must Have
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35–50 pounds, Willingness to follow all safety, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures
Nice to Have
Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred, Experience in workforce accommodations, hotel, institutional, or commercial cleaning environments considered an asset, Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
What You'll Do.
Cleaning and sanitizing public and common areas
and spot‑cleaning floors and surfaces
Disinfecting high‑touch points such as door handles
Emptying garbage and recycling from public areas and disposing of waste properly
Restocking washroom supplies (toilet paper
and glass surfaces as required
Maintaining janitorial equipment
and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
Reporting maintenance issues
or safety hazards to the supervisor
Following all safety procedures at all times
Assisting with additional janitorial or housekeeping duties as assigned
