5-10yrs technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Co-pilot, Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco), Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks, Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization, Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development, understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services, Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL), Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM), Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services
