IVF Facility Design Consultant DiRezze Family Office — South Florida (premium IVF network) Engagement summary DiRezze Family Office is seeking an IVF facility design consultant to translate the Laboratory Director’s clinical and operational spec into architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings for a new flagship hub clinic in South Florida. This is a project-based engagement, fixed-fee per phase, running in parallel with and reporting through the Laboratory Director. We are explicitly not looking for a general healthcare architect or general cleanroom consultant. We are looking for a specialist who has designed IVF and ART facilities before, knows the small group of firms and individuals who do this well, and has informed views on the current state of the field. Scope of work Phase 1 — Site feasibility Walk the candidate site(s) with the Laboratory Director. Produce a technical feasibility memo covering floor-to-floor height, structural load, HVAC capacity and modifiability, electrical service and upgrade pathway, LN2 placement and routing, medical gas infrastructure, vibration and adjacent-tenant risk. Identify hard nos and conditional fits; estimate TI cost deltas. Phase 2 — Programming and schematic design Define room program, adjacencies, and circulation. Specify ISO classification targets for the main lab and workstation zones. Design HVAC system: dedicated AHUs, VOC scrubbing, makeup air, positive-pressure cascade, HEPA and carbon filtration sizing. Lay out cryostorage: dewar capacity, LN2 supply, oxygen monitoring, alarm and emergency power, physical security. Specify automation-ready infrastructure: oversized electrical service, reinforced floor loading, conduit pathways, network infrastructure. Phase 3 — Construction documents Coordinate with the architect of record and MEP engineers to produce permit-ready drawings. Specify equipment locations, utility connections, and validation criteria.
