The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements and enhance service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and customise ServiceNow applications across modules such as **ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Service Portal** * Configure and manage core platform capabilities including **Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB / CSDM / Now Assist** * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions * Design workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency * Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements * Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements **Who You Are** **Required Skills & Experience:** * Hands-on experience in at least **two ServiceNow modules** (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, Portal) * Strong knowledge of **ServiceNow core capabilities** including Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, SLAs, and CMDB / CSDM * Experience in scripting and customisation within the ServiceNow platform * Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, w
