Organizes and conducts engineering investigations and planning work
Outlines and prepares relatively straightforward sections of more complex reports
Provides engineering services during construction activities
Researches feasibility of alternative design approaches
and regulatory agency specifications
Contributes to the development of specifications and permit applications and develops miscellaneous reports
Prepares preliminary man-hour
cost and material quantity estimates
Participates in quality control checks
Coordinates with other disciplines
Performs field observations of construction
Performs other such duties deemed necessary by the supervisor(s)
