Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a motivated _Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant_ to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients within the car rental sector. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their rental car needs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. ### Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. * Manage bookings, resolve customer queries, and address service-related concerns promptly. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. * Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards swift resolution. * Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about company policies, fleet availability, and promotions. **Requirements** ### Requirements: * Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. * Experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is advantageous. * Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. * Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer applications. * Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. * Willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria. **Benefits** 1.
