Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes paid relocation to Sofia and is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming and dedicated to delivering excellent player support. You will be the key contact for Italian-speaking players, helping them with their game-related inquiries and ensuring an outstanding player experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality player support to Italian-speaking players through email communication. * Assist players with technical issues, account management, and game-related questions. * Resolve player concerns promptly and professionally to maintain player satisfaction. * Accurately document all player interactions and feedback to improve support services. * Collaborate with internal teams to communicate player feedback and contribute to product improvements. * Stay updated on Riot Games’ titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance. **Requirements** * Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming industry, is a plus. * Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with accommodation and relocation support provided. **Benefits** 1.
