Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Italian-Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts to join our growing team in Greece. This position involves providing specialized customer support to Italian-speaking clients, helping them safeguard their digital assets through our cybersecurity solutions. Join us for a rewarding career opportunity to develop your skills and work in a collaborative and innovative environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on cybersecurity products and services. * Troubleshoot and resolve security-related customer issues efficiently and professionally. * Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity and effective use of security technologies. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and technical information using CRM tools. * Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges. * Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to provide up-to-date support. **Requirements** * Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. * Prior experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security. * Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills focused on customer satisfaction. * Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms. * Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt. **Benefits** 1.
