Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team in Greece, supporting a leading consumer electronics company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience with the company's range of electronics products. ### Key Responsibilities * Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service. * Troubleshoot product issues, provide solutions, and guide customers in using products effectively. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system. * Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer problems efficiently. * Stay updated on latest product releases, features, and company policies to provide accurate information. * Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics sector. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks. * Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer support tools. * Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. * Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and electronics. **Benefits** 1.
