Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services to ensure a positive and effective communication experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product information, orders, complaints, and general inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up within the CRM system. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. * Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information. * Provide feedback to management aimed at improving customer service and operational processes. **Requirements** * Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in FMCG or related sectors. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. * Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. * Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. **Benefits** 1.
