Proven experience in Network Engineering, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting., expertise in Server Administration (Windows Server, Linux/Unix) and virtualization technologies (e. g. , VMware, Hyper-V)., Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)., Solid understanding and practical experience with Configuration Management (CM) tools and principles., In-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) Security best practices and principles., Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e. g. , ITIL)., Proficiency in managing and optimizing Network Infrastructures., Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues., communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
