Our Global IT Team is responsible for the productivity and success of all our organizational functions and teams. We empower others to be productive, collaborate and do the best work they can, while keeping a close eye on compliance and the safety of our organization. We are looking for an IT Working Student based in our Berlin office who offers hands-on and remote support to all employees. You will handle incoming tech support issues, analyze the tasks at hand, and resolve them in collaboration with your team. To you, a perfect solution is not complete until all questions are answered, and every party involved is happy with the end result. The ideal candidate studies a computer science-related field, enjoys working with people, and has a strong technical interest. Learning is your daily routine and you are not scared of new challenges. You should have worked with Mac OSX and Windows before; debugging the issues at hand around you is just normal for you - you are a self-starter who enjoys taking on responsibility. Bonus points if you have programming experience or have worked on a technical service desk before. Candidates must be currently enrolled at a German university and be eligible to work in the EU.
