The incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of various teams, including various SAP teams, Data Interchange & Development (EDI), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams. _**Major Responsibilities:**_ * Administering, support and maintenance of business applications which are operated by teams within ISOL sub towers * Engage in activities for 1st and 2nd level user support * Analysis of malfunctions and troubleshooting * Interface to 3rd level support for issue and problem management * Manage ticket queue and prioritize work based on impact analysis * Administration of master data * Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, keep all internal documentation systems up to date * Application and user management * Support for application testing _**Knowledge and Education:**_ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field of study from
