**Job Description** : **IT Technician II – Site Services Support** Huntsman is seeking a IT Technician II – Site Services Support supporting the IT Division located in multiple sites. This position will report to the Team Lead, IT SD Solution Delivery. **Job Scope** Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications. Supports site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools. **In summary, as the IT Technician II, you will:** * Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications * Support site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned * Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications (5% time) * Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools (5% time) * Duties/tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions/problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels * Works under direct supervision and follows established procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks * Respect for confidentiality is a must * Essential functions require presence in the workplace on a regular basis and an ability to work extra hours if needed * Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives * Assists other employees in accomplishments of Huntsman company goals * Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor * Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives and completes company-required training programs **Qualifications** You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
