What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of professional IT support experience, Active CompTIA A+ certification, Active CompTIA Network+ certification, Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and WiFi troubleshooting
Nice to Have
experience preferably within a creative agency, production house, or similar fast-paced industry
What You'll Do.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for a mixed environment of macOS (50%) and Windows (50%) workstations
and troubleshoot various software used by different departments throughout the company
Monitor and maintain the agency’s internal network
ensuring high-speed connectivity for large media file transfers and cloud backups
Manage the deployment
and hardware repair of laptops
and peripherals (Wacom tablets
Set up and troubleshoot conference room technology for high-stakes client pitches
Lead IT orientation for new hires
ensuring all hardware
and access permissions are ready on Day 1
