Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** Network Operations Center ## Job Description * Step into a fast-paced environment where you can actively participate in and experience how a dynamic and supportive Network Operation Center team operates. * Act as the initial point of contact for technical requests, creating a positive customer experience for users from various cultural backgrounds. * Passionately apply problem-solving skills to detect, triage, categorize, and swiftly recover network incidents. * Learn advanced technologies and best practices behind real-time monitoring for customer telecommunication systems and apply them on the spot. * Leverage AI tools to enhance processes, automate workflows, and meet operational goals. * Challenge yourself to establish clear, confident communication with end customers via telephone and email across diverse cultural backgrounds. * Share a fresh perspective to enhance team relationships, optimize processes, and boost overall efficiency. ## Basic Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/major in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Communication, Cybersecurity, or a related technical program. * A minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred. * Availability for a 5 to 6-month internship is highly preferred. * Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Keen to learn with a high level of curiosity, resourcefulness, and a self-st
