Must Have
Completed vocational training or degree in IT, Extensive practical experience in IT, Leadership and coordination of IT teams, Proficiency in Windows Client OS, Proficiency in Office 365, Proficiency in collaboration tools, Native or fluent German, Very good English skills
Nice to Have
ITIL or comparable certification, Server knowledge, Storage knowledge, Network knowledge
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop a regional team

Collaborate with IT management on priorities
Collaborate with IT management on service development
Prioritize incidents and service requests
Ensure reliable and timely processing
Process global tickets
Participate in global IT support
Escalate suspected security incidents
Identify recurring problems
Initiate improvements with service owners
Ensure tickets are tracked in ITSM
Ensure users receive regular updates
Coordinate and manage onboarding processes
Coordinate and manage offboarding processes
Support users in complex cases
Process requests outside standard scope
Ensure laptops are prepared
Ensure phones are prepared
Ensure devices are provided
Maintain and update asset data
Manage local IT equipment
Manage local IT inventory
