Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment for their disease, the field of Obesity Medicine is entering a period of rapid growth. About the Role We are seeking a IT Systems & Operations Manager who brings strong technical depth and a Technical Program Management mindset to scale IT operations in a fast-growing, compliance-driven healthcare environment. This role owns critical aspects of IT operations while driving cross-functional programs that improve system scalability, security, and employee experience. You will act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues while also designing and executing initiatives such as identity lifecycle automation, onboarding workflows, and SaaS integrations.
