Role Overview The IT Systems Engineer II will be a key contributor to the IT Operations team, responsible for designing, automating, and managing scalable IT infrastructure and cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in automation, IT Infrastructure and DevOps practices, cloud engineering (AWS/GCP), coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, automation, and systems engineering — capable of bridging the gap between IT operations, cloud technologies, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Engineering Support and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure across cloud (GCP/AWS) and on-prem environments. Ensure high availability and performance of internal IT systems, applications, and collaboration tools. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance processes using modern scripting and orchestration tools. Manage identity, access, and device management solutions ensuring compliance and security. Automation & DevOps Automate repetitive IT and operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
