What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–6+ years in IT, systems engineering, or help desk roles with IAM exposure, Hands-on experience with Okta, Experience managing ticket queues in Jira or similar systems, Experience supporting macOS environments and MDM platforms like Kandji, Understand SSO protocols, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth, Ability to troubleshoot across identity, endpoint, and SaaS layers, Build, improve, and automate rather than just react to tickets
Nice to Have
Okta Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, Okta Certified Administrator, CompTIA Network+
What You'll Do.
Own and operate IAM in Okta
Build and support customer and partner federation
Run the internal ticketing queue in Jira
Continuously improve ticket workflows
Identify repeat issues and automate processes
Manage the full endpoint lifecycle for macOS devices
Administer MDM using Kandji
Execute onboarding for employees and customers
Administer core SaaS platforms
Create and maintain clear processes
Drive automation using workflows
