The IT Systems Architect designs, implements, and maintains IT systems and their interactions. This role supports cross-system troubleshooting, maintains system documentation, and collaborates with technical teams to ensure systems are robust, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Your work directly impacts operational resilience and user experience, following ITIL and Service Desk Institute best practices. The IT User eXperience and Enablement (UXE) Department is responsible for the technology used daily by every part of the business. This includes Video Conferencing suites, Laptops, Office IT equipment and Core-Business Applications. The IT Systems Architect designs, implements, and maintains IT systems and their interactions.
