What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Systems Analyst, or equivalent role, preferably in financial services, banking, or credit unions required, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required, Must have a understanding of business processes, particularly within a credit union or financial institution context, Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently in fast paced and complex business environment under minimal supervision, Must understand the security aspects of the application(s) in regards to user access, user roles, imported data, exported data and data storage, Must have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations exercising flexibility, critical thinking skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment, Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities, Must have organizational abilities, with attention to detail, Must be able to work in a general office environment, Must be flexible and able to shift resources and priorities as required, Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer, Occasional standing, walking, bending, and stooping required, Must be able to moderately lift or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds

What You'll Do.

Serve as Level-2 support for critical business application related issues
