You bring strong technical expertise and proven experience in IT applications such as Windows, Microsoft and telephony systems and cloud-based infrastructure technologies. You have a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring IT queries are resolved in a timely manner. Experience in managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning. Hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration is highly regarded and it is essential you possess tertiary qualification in an information-technology related discipline. You communicate effectively, build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business.
