Nice to Have
Knowledge of workflow within a hospital/clinical environment or experience within the healthcare sector is a plus, Knowledge of healthcare and medical imaging communication standards (HL7, DICOM, etc. ), Previous Service Transition and Service Design knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory, PACS/RIS system experience is a plus, Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies is an asset, Requirements-engineering experience preferred, but not mandatory, Experience with medical-device regulations preferred (e. g. , MDR, FDA), Product- or Program-Management background preferred, but not mandatory, Technical aptitude with a clinical/hospital background preferred

Manage product changes in a controlled

Act as the primary liaison between Development
and regional key stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic decisions on new product features that impact live sites.
Perform cross-integration testing and validation across our medical-imaging portfolio.
Oversee pilot and demo site deployments
gathering real-world performance data.
Gather and analyze customer needs during translate these into clear requirements for Development.
Serve as a “service companion” in initial live installations—guiding regional teams through go-live activities.
Establish and maintain communication channels after product introduction to ensure smooth handover to support.
Produce and maintain service-focused documentation: runbooks
and training materials.
Design and deliver technical workshops and hands-on trainings for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Report on transition activities and lessons learned to accountable parties.
