Join us! **Responsibilities** * Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments. * Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications. * Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment. * Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services. * Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements. * Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards. * Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements. * Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. * Collaborate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers. * Act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues and support continuous improvement within the IT environment. * Provide remote support for systems, appl
