Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
Repair and replace equipment as needed
Provide onsite and remote support to end users
Elevates and coordinates out of scope technical issues
Assesses needs and recommends hardware or software to meet end user needs
Enters purchase requisitions as necessary

Insitu has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician for a contract opportunity that is onsite in Bingen, WA. This role troubleshoots, services, and repairs a wide variety computer hardware, software, and AV equipment. Provides IT support to customers, responds to service requests, find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service. Maintains support logs and issues tracking, provides instructions to user on a wide variety of applications and equipment.
