Must Have
2+ years in an IT support or systems administration role, Proficiency with macOS and Windows endpoint administration, Working knowledge of Okta and Active Directory, Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, U. S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
Nice to Have
Jamf Pro experience for macOS fleet management, Familiarity with zero-trust architectures and Zscaler ZPA/ZIA, Exposure to AWS and SaaS administration, Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or ITAR compliance frameworks, Background in a high-growth startup or aerospace environment
What You'll Do.

Own user lifecycle in Okta and Active Directory
Maintain conference room AV
Monitor and respond to security alerts
Manage secure access workflows
Support compliance efforts
Maintain asset inventory
Build and maintain IT documentation
Write scripts to automate operations
Own special projects end-to-end
