What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years prior IT support experience, Current server, PC and mobile hardware, Good understanding of the principles of networking, and related technologies and hardware, Industry recognized qualifications in IT hardware support – CompTIA A+ or equivalent, Operating Systems (Windows10, OSX, iOS, Android), Excellent understanding of basic Active Directory management - User and Groups, VoIP phone systems, PC image deployment technologies, Encryption technologies e. g. Bitlocker
Nice to Have
Exposure to ISO 27001, MPAA or other security standards, Gaming/Media Industry Experience – development, testing, handling confidential data
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for NOLA Service Desk
Deliver 1st/2nd line IT support
Provisioning of testing equipment
Day to day administration of local servers
Administration of systems
Administration of network devices
Implementation of global policies
IT Procurement for facility
Negotiation of vendor contracts
Maintenance of vendor contracts
Negotiation of consultant contracts
Maintenance of consultant contracts
Negotiation of service agreements
Maintenance of service agreements
Maintain documentation of services
Maintain documentation of systems
Vulnerability scanning
Patching of endpoints
Addressing security events
