What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of IT support experience, Windows 10/11 workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory administration, Microsoft Entra ID administration, Mobile devices (iPhone and Android), Troubleshooting skills, Customer service skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
SharePoint administration, Microsoft Teams administration, PowerShell scripting, Automation knowledge, Onboarding/offboarding activities support, User account administration, CompTIA certifications, Microsoft certifications, Cisco certifications, ITIL certifications

💡** Enjoy hands-on IT support and helping users adapt to new technology? ** We’re hiring a **Level 1/1.5 IT Support Technician **for a** 6-month onsite contract** to provide front-line technical support across the organization. Working closely with the IT team, you'll troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, support employee onboarding and equipment setup, and help deliver a seamless user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 💻** Who You Are ** You’re a motivated IT support professional with a strong interest in hands-on desktop support and end-user experience. You approach technical issues with a calm, methodical mindset and communicate clearly with users at all levels of technical comfort.
