About the Role Are you an IT Support professional who enjoys solving technical problems and helping people get the most from their technology? We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team, supporting employees across our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support, ensuring colleagues have the tools, access, and technical assistance they need to work effectively. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or internal IT support environment who is looking to further develop their skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and IT projects. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of issues from diagnosis through to resolution while gaining exposure to a modern, cloud-based IT environment.
