Must Have
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role, Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common business software (Microsoft Office Suite), Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic networking concepts, Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required, Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Experience with user and computer management in Active Directory, Skills in troubleshooting common hardware and software malfunctions, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, Fluency in Ukrainian and English is mandatory

What You'll Do.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding computer systems
Troubleshoot IT issues
Install and configure equipment
Maintain IT infrastructure
Respond to IT support requests
Diagnose and resolve hardware
and maintain computer systems
and software applications
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment and systems
Provide user training and support for new software and hardware
Document IT support activities
Assist in the management of user accounts
Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal or external resources
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware (desktops
mobile devices) and software (Windows OS
