The role ensures the efficient performance, security, and reliability of systems by monitoring operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and supporting employees with day-to-day IT requirements. The position also supports helpdesk activities, system administration, network maintenance, security monitoring, and coordination with the global IT team for issue escalation when required. **Role & Responsibilities **• Administer servers, laptops, and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches. • Analyze, maintain, and implement LAN/WAN equipment and networks. • Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software, thus ensuring daily monitoring and completion of scheduled jobs. • Update the inventory database of all IT equipment and software licenses. • Report issues to the global IT team for escalation. • Provide employees with IT equipment, email accounts for new joiners, internal transfers, and/or leavers, by setting up employee profiles, passwords, etc. • Respond to
