Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, 3+ years of systems administration experience, Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, Browser-based applications troubleshooting, Enterprise SaaS platforms troubleshooting, Microsoft Azure AD user administration, Microsoft Azure AD device administration, Microsoft Intune experience, Endpoint management experience, Hardware procurement experience, Hardware provisioning experience, Vendor coordination experience, Asset tracking experience, Device configuration experience, Software license management experience, File and folder NTFS security permissions, Share permissions, Security groups, Microsoft 365 groups, Fundamental network technologies understanding, Hands-on IP address configuration, Network patching, Switch installation, Resolve issues quickly, Manage multiple requests simultaneously, Prioritize effectively
