What You'll Do.
Act as the primary technical owner for our core stack (JumpCloud
Provide administrative support and user management for a broad portfolio of departmental tools
Enforce strict access governance across all managed systems
Own the lifecycle of support requests via YouTrack providing professional resolution for hardware and software issues
Act as a first responder for localized IT outages or security events
Manage SentinelOne at the device level
Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows
Maintain an airtight hardware inventory
Support the execution of strategic projects
such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening our SSO integrations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate with employees (support) and 3rd party system engineers across the globe via email, chat, and video meetings every day and occasionally by phone
