WHAT YOU WILL DO: IT Support (~70%) - Provide first-line technical support through our ticketing system, email, or in person. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. - Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications.. - Manage user accounts and permissions across systems and tools. - Maintain IT asset inventory, including device setup and decommissioning. - Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts and hardware. Sales Administration (~30%) - Process ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., deal splits, updates, supplier forms). - Monitor and triage incoming CRM or administrative requests, assigning them as needed. - Review and adjust closed deals to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Act as a key liaison between Sales, Onboarding and Finance to streamline system processes. WHO YOU ARE: - 1–3 years of experience in IT support - Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. - Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills — approachable, patient, and collaborative.
