Join us, and you will be part of a team of over 1,000 people worldwide that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. **What you will work on** * Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners * Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks * Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests * Provide technical support across the company (in person, email, chat, or phone) * Sett up accounts for new users * Repair and replace equipment as necessary * Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory * Ensure all issues are properly logged * Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues * Coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware **What you bring** * University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field * 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position * A technical, logical thought process * Problem-solving skills * An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate * A keen eye for detail * English language (both verbal and written) * Computer literacy **
