As IT Support Specialist you will: * Analyse incidents, be first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rate * Do first and second-line on-site support * Record & track incident, problem and request information * Participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment * Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge database * Participate in testing and administration of applications * Liaise with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks ## Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: * Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support * Fluent in both English and French both written and oral * Highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled with problem solving, analysis and technical skills * Very good skills in all of the MS office applications and Windows 11 * Very good skills with end user computers and Windows computers * Experience with support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets as well as video conferecing. * Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications * Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a high-demanding environment * ITIL V4 Foundation Certified(or where absent, the certification must be passed within 3 months after the start of the contract) * Knowled
