Must Have
1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role, Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications, Experience with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of basic networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT security best practices is a plus, Bilingual (English, Mandarin)
What You'll Do.
Providing technical support to end-users
Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems
Supporting daily IT operations
Coordinating device lifecycle processes
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from users in a timely manner
Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware
and network-related issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues
escalating complex problems to the appropriate team
Support both onsite and remote employees with IT-related requests
Support the day-to-day management of IT assets
Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status throughout the lifecycle
Assist with device provisioning
Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT equipment
Coordinate the procurement
and decommissioning of IT equipment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the internal team to implement new technologies and system improvements; Support IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, software rollouts, and infrastructure optimization
