About the Role We’re looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team! As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class technology support to everyone at Figure with a focus on exceptional service. You will provide technical support in person, over the phone, Slack, and email for computer software, hardware, and network issues in order to maintain efficient business operations.
