Overview We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Duisburg. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily technology needs of our executive, administrative, finance, and engineering teams across multiple offices. You will handle everything from resolving helpdesk tickets and setting up hardware to troubleshooting network issues and onboarding new hires. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on our international IT operations. ## What You Will Do Multi-Office Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support for users across multiple office locations. Technical Support: Resolve end-user helpdesk tickets and handle ad-hoc, walk-in IT requests in Duisburg.
