**Job Description:** We are currently recruiting for two distinct IT Support Specialist roles across Ireland. While both roles operate within onsite IT and meeting room services, each provides a distinct focus and career pathway. Please review both and apply depending on your preferred location and expertise. **Dublin Role – Meeting Room Technologies Support & Power Platform / Data Analytics** This role is based in Dublin and combines meeting room and event support with a strong focus on process automation, data analytics, and digital innovation. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of AV technologies, modern workplace tools, and enterprise automation. Core Responsibilities * Deliver event support and manage meeting room technologies locally. * Drive process automation, tool development, testing, and documentation across AV and Unified Communications. * Take ownership of projects and deliver them to successful completion. * Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. * Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Places). * Build reporting, dashboards, and applications to enhance visibility and knowledge sharing. * Support development lifecycles using Agile methodologies. * Produce technical documentation for systems, deployments, and changes. * Collaborate with 3rd level teams and vendors to deliver solutions. * Drive improvements using automation, analytics, and modern technologies. * Act as a key IT contact for local business continuity and infrastructure support. **Galway Role – Event Support, Meeting Room Technologies & Digital Innovation** This role is based in Galway and focuses on hands-on support for meeting rooms and events, combined with growing exposure to automation, analytics, and modern IT processes.
