At least three years of experience providing IT systems support for end users, Ability to support both Seattle and Tukwila, WA offices, Available for after-hours and weekend support as part of an on-call rotation, Experience troubleshooting OS and application isues with Windows 11, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android, Able to troubleshoot and correct Wi-Fi and wired networking issues, Able to create basic configuration documentation, KB articles, and how-to documentation, Troubleshoot and correct issues remotely, using remote management tools and methodologies, Scripting with PowerShell, Python, and Linux Bash, Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Intune, Able to work independently, with self-direction and initiative, as well as within a team

Nice to Have

Experience with Ubuntu advanced troubleshooting and configuration, Experience with Microsoft GCC-High based environments, MCSE, MCSA, or A+ certification, Experience implementing processes and technical solutions to comply with security standards such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC, ISO 27001, etc.
