IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it. The Role Keep our tech running smoothly while solving problems and supporting our growing team's IT needs. What you will be doing • Provide onsite support for our users whenever they need a helping hand • Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems while providing user training on IT applications • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with user account management • Document and track all support cases through to resolution • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as they arise What we are looking for • Ability to be in the office 4 days a week • Understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) • Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and command line scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a plus Why you will love it You'll be at the heart of our high-growth environment, where every problem you solve directly impacts our team's ability to create amazing gaming experiences.
