Nice to Have

Experience with ticket management system, Experience handling employee onboarding/offboarding

What You'll Do.

Provide tier 1 end-user support

Resolve helpdesk tickets

Manage employee on/offboarding

Troubleshoot printers

Install conference room equipment

Troubleshoot conference room equipment

Update documentation procedures

Shadow senior team members

Manage conference rooms

Backup user home directories

Disable building access

Forward email to manager

Ensure Filevault encryption

Ensure Bitlocker encryption

Ensure Firewalls enabled

Perform remote support

Manage hardware inventory

Manage software inventory
