Must Have

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, helping them resolve problems quickly and professionally. This is a great opportunity to build your IT career in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Job Location: This is a hybrid position. You will work a combination of on-site days at our Morrisville, NC office and remote days, with scheduling coordinated with your manager. Reliable internet access is required on remote days. Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices Assist with onboarding new employees, including account creation and equipment setup Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams with thorough documentation Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and asset inventory Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices Provide a positive support experience with clear, friendly communication Skills/Abilities: Required: Basic u
