What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Foundational computer knowledge on Windows or Mac platforms, A genuine interest in troubleshooting, learning, and growing in IT, A planned career path in the IT services industry, Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies, Excellent time management and ability to stay organized, Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering great support, Clear and confident verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, friendly way, Able to lift and carry computer components up to 50lbs, Comfortable working with hardware when needed
Nice to Have
Familiarity with an IT ticketing system, Any exposure to helpdesk, support, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
What You'll Do.
Learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems
Perform break/fix service
Load operating systems and applications
Configure applications and user settings
Perform desktop administrative duties
and escalate cases through a tracking system
Keep documentation up to date
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with Service Delivery team members; Coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with advanced technical team
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, friendly way
